Visiting The House's Deer, Which its Cost Reached Rp. 598 Million

Jakarta - A hundred spotted deers fills Taman Rusa DPR (Deer Park of The House) which is located on the right side of the Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (The House) Republik Indonesia area, Senayan. They appear to be fed grass, sweet, and carrots.
A hundred deer were borne in the park that surrounded by a 1 Km trail. This footpath that used the tourists who want to have a look at the deer.

The deer park is equipped with two water pond which each length 5 m, also the shady trees. Around the deer park also facilited basketball court, futsal field and massage reflexology in the sidewalk.

The spotted deer is varied. There are some as big as adult dogs, up high enough. Their horn shape is unique too. They're kind of timid deer. They move running around when someone approaches. Therefore, they prefer to hide among the shrubs and small trees that are intentionally planted within 10 metres.

Most of the deer seem to sleep under a shady tree. And some of them enjoyed the grass that grown in the garden.

Deer is maintained by about 10 men attendant. Everyday they put on a uniform coloured white-orange or white-green. They lived in a small house in the upper right corner of the deer park.

"Usually they are fed twice a day. Its most grasses, sweet potato, carrots, water spinach and other greens," said one of the clerk as reported detikcom.

Projects in The House not only related with physical development. There is another project that turned out to be not unknown for many people. The project is the feeding of deer that have been placed around the building.

Funds allocated to feeding the deer reached Rp 598 million. This project will probably not be invited controversy if the existence of the deer known clelarly, but the reality in the field is not as imagined.

Jabiru, The Boast

Jakarta - The students of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 29 Penerbangan/ SMK 29 Penerbangan Jakarta  (Technical Flight Highschool 29) for years only helped assemble the aircraft belonged to the club in Pondok Cabe Airport through the internship program. Today, students of SMK 29 Flights School could assemble his own light experimental aircraft, named Jabiru J430.

Although almost all material imported from Australia, assisted students with instructors also perform a number of engineering technology. The wings and the nose, for example, modified to overcome air resistance so that aircraft can ride on 130 knots or approximately 240 kilometres per hour. The aircraft that weighed 340 pounds, can fly seven hours as far as 1,600 kilometers or equivalent to Jakarta-Bali.

Similarly, the fuel does not need to be modified to use usual, jsut simply use pertamax gasoline.

However, this 3300 cc-engined planes made of composite is indirect at once. The Assembly of the aircraft is done gradually.

Originally, the challenge to assemble the aircraft came from the Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional (Ministry of Education) when held an exhibition Lomba Keterampilan Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan tahun 2008 (skills contest of vocational high school students) in 2008 in Makassar, South Sulawesi. At that time the Government has a National Assembly of the aircraft program.

Before assembling the Jabiru J430, SMK 29 ever build a plane with pipeline that now became a monument infront of the school yard. The experience subsequently acquired via internship program helps two aircraft Assembly seat in Pondok Cabe Airport. Two-seat aircraft are assembled in 2007 it was given the name Jabiru J230.

The assembly of the aircraft with a length of 6.5 meters and width 9.6 meter wingspan that involves 200 students of class X-XII  Airframe Power Plane Departement(body, chassis, and aircraft engines) and Electrical Avionics (electrical, electronics, systems and aircraft instruments) in a closed garage near the backyard hangar of the school.

FITRA: Marzuki Eat Blind Salaries

Ignorance admissions of the Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat /DPR (House of Representatives) chairman Marzuki Alie in relation with the meeting rooms renovation of  Badan Anggaran /Banggar (Budget Agency) of DPR valued at Rp. 20,3 billion votes as a neglect of duty. Because, in addition to being the chairman of the House of Representatives, Marzuki also served as Badan Urusan Rumah Tangga / BURT (Household Affairs) who takes care of the development in the House of Representatives with the Secretariat-General of the House of Representatives.

"Ketua BURT hanya makan gaji buta karena sampai tidak paham dengan renovasi ruang rapat Banggar,"

"Chairman of BURT just eat blind salary due to didn't know about the (Banggar) meeting rooms renovation," said Uchok Sky Khadafi, Coordinator of the Investigation and Advocacy from Forum Indonesia untuk Transparansi Anggaran /FITRA (Indonesia Forum for Budget Transparency), as reported by Kompas.com, Saturday (2/1/2012).

Uchok said, BURT also involved in the preparation of the development budget implemented the secretary-general of DPR. If any are not included, said he, secretary-general of DPR is obliged to inform how the budget allocation for the development of Banggar's room or how many funds issued to the chairman of BURT.

Thus, if Marzuki pleaded don't know about this renovation project, the project could be considered as illegal, Uchok added.
Marzuki's shocks and threats to the Secretary General (Nining Indra Saleh) to fired her just a drama in front of the public. It does not show the responsibility as a leader because Marzuki don't want to be a public derision, said Uchok.

The politic observer Hermawan Sulistyo rates, it's impossible if Marzuki didn't know about the allocation of te fund to renovate the meeting room of Banggar. The reason, according to him, all the DPR's building renovation budget fully known by BURT and Banggar DPR.

"It's a lie if he (Marzuki) did not know (about the Rp. 20.3 billion budget allocation). If he didn't not know,  better dont have to become the  chairman of DPR, "said Hermawan.
