Jakarta - Persatuan Pers Indonesia (Indonesia's Press Union) Chairman Margiono posited, until now there has not been a single one an award for media companies that have met the standard company press in Indonesia. This award expected to be realized in Hari Pers Nasional (National Press Day) by 2013.
It is expressed by Margiono in the event Print Media 2012 and Indonesia Inhouse Magazine Awards 2012 in Jambi, Tuesday night (7/2/2012). Present in this event the Ketua Dewan Pers (Press Council Chairman) Bagir Manan and Chairman of the Serikat Perusahaan Pers/ SPS (Union of Press Company) Dahlan Iskan.
According to Margiono, there were so much of appreciations for the press circle yet, but none of the event that gave to the company that runs a good standard press corporate.
Therefore, it hoped the event would already be able to do the job next year. "Next year, we have to announce companies that fulfill corporate standards of press in Indonesia," he said.
